Well i got the DX 9 update and latest 0.30 ATi drivers

Crashes 3DMark2001SE, Crashes Counter Strike adn Cricket 2002

2.5 seem to work better

I've been hearing of issues between the installation of DirectX 9 and the 3DMark2001 benchmark, but this has to do with the fact that 3DMark isn't yet capable of coping with the new DirectX. There is supposed to be the 2003 version coming out very soon.

Can't help you on the others, sorry.

It seems that DX9 has a few issues by all the noise goin' on. Looks like another .1 version to wait for again. ;)
