Ethernet Driver issue/GA X48 DS5

Is anyone experiencing very slow connectivity with the Realtek 8111 drivers. I went to the Realtek website and found some older drivers that really helped my issue. I just wonder if there are issues with the updated driver and Vista 64bit Operating systems.

i up dated to the 6.218.317.2009 (Vista Premium 64)from RealTek site and yes i have had problems with ethernet issues.But this seemed to fix them Vista update still wants to install old driver.This is the 1 and only problem i have had with this motherboard other than that it has been Amazing.

Yup I agree I love the board, I am using the RTL8168 drivers and wont let Vista update to the newers one. These work fine. Other than that I have this board with the Q9550 OCd to 3.4GHz and 8 gbs of Ram and its as good as I expected.
