Question How to enable nvidia drivers instead of vgasave

Ok I know someone out there knows the answer to this problem.
Specs:
Intel 925xcvlk motherboard
Pentium 4 H/P 3.0 GHz processor
80 g Sata H/D Seagate Baracudda NCQ
512 MB Corsair ddr2 ram
Gigabyte gv-nx66256dp pci express graphics card
sony dual layer burner
windows xp home

Ok heres the problem
I have the drivers installed for the pci express card however windows is refusing to use them, and instead continues to use the default vgasave drivers.HOW can I get Xp to use the nvidia drivers.
I have updated the bios and motherboard and I have all service packs installed and am currently up to date.
Any ideas will do. PLEASE...
