You should set your video card's voltage to 1.5v, the only reason why it has that option, is so people can overclock their cards, just like with your CPU.
So unless you're overclocking, there's no need to put it any higher than 1.5v. Also, if you goto http://www.guru3d.com and download 'RivaTuner', you can tweak your Quadro 4 to make it faster, and download the latest NVidia driver along with it, which should be on the same site also, the latest should be 42.30(preferably put on the driver first, then the RivaTuner program). I don't really know of anything that I can suggest about the 3D application problem, this actually may solve it. Good-luck! :thumb:
