Stealth 3 S540 Driver

Just a quick question. I just recently upgraded my friends computer from 98 to XP, but he has a really old Stealth 3 S540 video card so its been impossible to find a driver that is compatible with XP. Does anyone know if one exists and where i can find it to download?

thats an S3 Savage 4 chipset. S3 has since been taken over by SonicBlue and Diamond the card manufacturer has been out of business for ages..
