My mistake, mch wasn't even listed. Are you sure that I should use that bios version? It says that it is in Beta. The bios that I have now is f6

Yes, I always use the latest beta. They have fixes and improvements LONG before they are made final. F6 is very old

Can you try the hotkey, G31 or P31 may not have MCH but best to check and be sure. On the MAIN page of the BIOS press control + F1 and the screen will flash, then go into the MIT Section and see if you see MCH voltage.

I can check your BIOS if you like, I will go ahead and check out F10f now while I wait on your reply

Looks like only GTL Ref 1 and FSB Overvoltage and Deovervoltage control in your BIOS, sorry no MCH Ref.

You may have a hard time getting 2x2GB stable due to this issue

Alright bios is updated to the latest version, lets go ahead and try 425 first, and then move to 450 if it works.

Didn't work, it reset itself back to defaults. but there are some options that you didn't list. What should the cpu gtlref voltage ratio be set to?, what should the fsb DeOvervoltage control be set to? PCI express over voltage isn't an option.

Btw how is it that you are determining the voltages so that I can do it myself in the future?
