Default Gigabyte X48-ds4 overclock problem

Hello,

I'm Dutch, believe it or not

I want to overclock my Gigabyte X48-ds4 but my system reboot two times and the overclock settings are cleared.
I've tried to replace my CMOS-battery, but it doesn't help

My system:
- Intel Pentium E2140 (bad, but I know)
- 2x 667 Samsung memory
- 2x Western Digital Caviar black (RAID)

My BIOS settings in M.I.T.

Maybe your 667Mhz ram will not run at 800Mhz? You did know you have that set that way right? Just checking

Other then that all looks ok, is this 2x1 or 2x2? You may also just need more Vcore, sorry I haven't seen many of those CPU's in a long time. Did you expect that amount to work for 400FSB?

In Windows the RAM worked stable (IntelBurnTest, Prime95)
The original FSB is 200, but the CPU worked fine at 400.

That's not the problem, I want to give more voltage to the Northbridge, how does that work?

Have I to set the FSB-voltage or MCH?

Ahh ok.

MCH Voltage is your NB, it should be fine in Auto or +0.1. If you are using 2x2GB of ram then you may need +0.2

I have 2GB RAM. (2x1)
Which voltage is the best for the NB?

Auto then if only 2x1GB, or you can use +0.1 if you like
