Hi,
I have almost the same mobo as you (P45XE).
I have overclocked to 3.6 as you have but my voltage is 1.3625 in BIOS.
I tried your settings but that did not work. Do you have the bootup problem if you turn the power off at the wall?
Mine always boots twice if I do this.
Also what do you set your ram at?

Put your rams in raport 1:1 with your FSB, i guess you DISABLED SPEEDSTEP and SPREA SPECTRUM, raise NB VOLTAGE to 1.28v and put FSB STRAPP to 400(1600)....i don't know whar rams do you have(if they can overclock)
May be you don't have such a good Cpu, if doesn't work what i sad before, raise the Cpu, voltage to 1.40625v in bios(1.368 real) an see what happens..

Odd thing.
I'm using Orthos to test my seemingly quite stable 3400 overclock on my E6300, but it is showing on Orthos as 4200 !
Why's this ?
