I am purchasing the both of these because Iv'e read good success for unlocking the other two cores on this processor and overclocking it using this motherboard. Also to buy them together is only 160$. But I was wondering if anyone knew what would be the best choice for a psu to overclock with. Pretty much the cheapest thing that I can get an overclock out of. I already have 4 gigs of ram, and a case/hard drive to go with it so the only thing that I will have left to purchase is the PSU. This is going to be used as a server running an apache web server, an ftp server, one to two game servers at a time, as well as ssh mysql blah blah blah.

Is this a good combination for unlocking and overclocking this cpu? What is a good inexpensive psu to tie in with it?
