please give an advice. is my system gone??

hi everyone.

system:
ga p35ds 3l rev 2.0-- q9550e0-2*2 1066 dominator ram-- hd 4850

i ve tried everything but i coulndt boot at even 3.28 ..

then i gave up.

the settings are defult now. but my pc keeped freezing ın the wındows and not operate. so then i got the battery out from board and waıted 1 hour then put ıt and boot. now everythıng ıs seem fıne. but the system freeze may occur again.

now what ıs wrong here, why the pc ıs freezıng ın every settıng ıs defult. do you thınk that my rams, board or cpu is gone??

ps: in my oc experiments i had never get the battery out and erase the bıos lıke that. maybe the problem occurs from thıs???

ps2: ın oc experıment ı trıed to oc by gıbıng every part of the pc voltzz!!

Clearing the CMOS by removing the battery is fine, just be sure you load optimized defaults again when you are done.

Auto or Defaults may not always work, even at stock.

Please set these two for now, I really need your ram model # or a link to best advise

DDR2 OverVoltage Control__ [normal] << Set to your ram's specified amount, generally this is 1.9V - 2.1V (+0.3 = 2.1V so if your ram is 2.1V then set that, if not adjust accordingly)

PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ [normal] << Set Auto

Please be sure you have loaded optimized defaults first, not fail safe as they will cause you issues

the thing is pc was never craching before this oc experiments.

do you have experince about the time after oc. of did you ever see a system that is not stable after oc experiments, even the settings go defult after ocing.

do you think that if my board. ram or cpu got spoiled.is there a possibility for them to spoil or burned?? how can ı understand they are not spoıled.

i think i fix the problem:))

in the middle of my oc experıments ı realızed that my bıos was out of date. so ı updated my bıos from f9c to f9.

however ı was usıng the old board drıvers. now ı updated my drıvers and the pc dıd never freezed untıll now.

do you thınk that ı fıx the problem?

Sounds like you got it all working correctly now, Right? Hope so.

Yes it is normal for overclock to be unstable, when this happens and you want to reset things use Optimized Defaults to start over, that way you know you get all settings back to defaults.

yes for the pc is on for 6 hours i played cod4 multy, it didnt crash. also ı downloaded many zip files, it didnt crash.

it is fixed i think.
