Default Q on Overclocking

First off, what all can be Overclocked? Secondly, how do I overclock the following:

CPU - AMD Athlon 64 3200+
VC - ATI Radeon X1950Pro

And not sure what else you can OC....

For the video card, you can download any number of video card overclocking utilities. I have had very good luck using ATITool, but there are several to choose from. As for overclocking the processor, that mostly depends on your motherboard.

Okay, this is off topic but important nontheless, I have a problem... My current version on my ATI card is 8.520.0.0 (The beta 8.7 Catalyst) but when I go to certain sites and whatever to get my computer analyzed it says my video card version is 6.14.10.6844 any idea on how I can fix that?
