(50 if Completely neccisary) I have pci slot fan so a gpu heatsink will have cooling already. thanks.

I read about people using the Zalman VF-900 on newer cards and having really good cooling results. The Thermalright is a very good heatsink too. It actually cools way better than the Zalman with a fan (although more expensive). As for the other two, I would think the other two would cool better than the Zalman just because it has more heatpipes.
Pricewise, I think the Arctic Cooliing fan is the best bang for buck. Hope this helps.
