How do you update drivers wile in crossfire

I just set up two MSI 4870 x 2 in crossfire and I got ATI Catalyst 9.7 Display Drivers running but if I want to update my drivers should I uninstall the current drivers and install the new ones? Oh and do I remove the bridge when updating drivers or just leave them in crossfire mode? thanx

I updated my 2 X 4850's in crossfire the otherday to the new 9.8 and all I did was run the installer, let it do its thing and then you have to maybe restart? Then go Back in and click enable Crossfire in the crossfire section then restart again. Go back in to make sure it shows a tick in the Enable Crossfire Box. You dont need to disconnect anything. Well thats how I did it and everything works. If theres a better way someone feel free to tell me.

well Tell you the truth I havent seem any difference in much I use at the moment. I havent tried Crysis but in Arma 2 there is no difference. It is suppost to make Crossfired GPUs better for crysis and other stuff I think. Im running windows 7 also so yeah.
