NFS MW Black Edition Crash

When I play nfs mw black edition, it's always crash when i press enter or trying to back to main menu, i have patch it to 1.3, and it's still crashes, what is the problem (sorry for my english)

My spec are:
Motherboard Asus
Intel Dual Core 2.2 Ghz
Radeon x1650 512 mb hypermemory
Ram Visipro 2 GB DDR 2
500 watt Okaya powersupply
4 casing fan

please help.........?
