What features would I be missing out on with a 200 series card besides being able to run DirectX 10? thanx in advance :)

Most games and benchmarks run slower on 64bit OS ( sometimes hard to notice that while playing games but easy to see while running benchmarks). Using win XP you won't be able to run DX10 and thats all.
64bit OS will be faster if game needs lot of RAM and you can't adress more than ~3.2GB in 32b windows ... but I haven't found any game like that yet. Sorry for my english
