Does anyone have any experience with NEC LCD screens ?? Good or bad !

I might be able to get a NEC 19" LCD screen for a good price. So I was wondering if they are any good, or if I should try for something else...

The NX and M series generally are very good and almost always have the DVI connector on them. response times while they aren't the best are good enough for watching DVD movies [or downloaded flicks ;)] and playing most games. just don't expect the monitor to be able to display 100 fps if your video card can handle that.

Really ? So what happens then ? :confused:

You can even go with a view sonic 19" Crt monitor and still have excelent display quality.

basically the LCD displays whatever frame rate it can so as long as you don't turn off vsync in your video drivers there' won't be any problems. otherwise you may notice the screen jumping around a bit in fps games.
