Default Google Issue

I now have a consistent problem which I only had once in a while in
the past. Every time I try to log in to my Google Groups I have to
enter in a random word to access the groups. Once my groups have been accessed I can not access any discussions, files, etc. I continually
receive the following message 'We're sorry... but your query looks
similar to automated requests from a computer virus or spyware
application. To protect our users, we can't process your request right
now."
I have attempted to correct this problem as directed by
Google. Current virus checker and spyware remover software is
installed and run each night. I have deleted my browsing history
(cookies, etc.) using the tools tab and recently added and run a new
pice of software (Spybot - Search and Destroy) recommended by Google.
I am frustrated in my inability to use my Google groups to access
group discussions and files. Any suggestions and/or remedies would
be appreciated.
