Default really really bad problem
my ip adress is randomly spawning new port redirections every time i delete the last one
i cant create anymore as its spawned and filled the whole list
whats going on here?!?!

Sure sounds like a virus to me. Time to do some serious cleaning up of your system and maybe even a format/install. Good luck.
