Error ID: 1003, 7000 and 14

My computer has been extremely unstable lately and i am trying to troubleshoot it without much luck. I am hoping maybe you guys can help me out.

I am getting three common error IDs in the event viewer, they are 1003, 7000, and 14.

14 and 7000 always seem to happen together within a few seconds of each other. Attached are my last 3 minidumps.

Can you guys help me make heads and tails of this? i have no idea how to read this stuf...

There could be several things that could cause these the more common being;
1/ Memory errors, test with Memtest86+.
2/ You have deleted or moved critical Windows system files, run a Windows repair.
3/ Your PC has been infected by malware, do virus/malware scans.
