hardware probelm on windows7

i am facing a problem with my wireless terminal that i use to access to the internet, it is HUAWEI EST1201, problem it is not working well, when i coneect to th net , it works but when i disconnect, here where the problem starts, the program is not responding and i can not connect unless switch the w7 off and on again, what is the soultion, i tried compatibility mode , i have vista driver for the hardware, but still facing the same problem
any help is appreciated
