So, i take all 3 RAM out and install 1 (yes in the correct slot)... it gives me the 3 beeps again, remove and install the 2nd RAM, same thing, install the 3rd, again the same thing.

Are you certain it is an AMI bios? The beep codes are different for different bios' and you never mentioned specifically yet..
