Default Problem !

Hi,guys I have a problem that i need your help with.

Few days ago my system worked fine with overclocked CPU (Intel Dual Core @ 2.50 Ghz) to 3.75 Ghz and had a normal temps and tested it with everest for one hour when it was overclocked a month ago.

But one morning I turned on my PC and it first shuted down itself after a while, then turned on again and I waited for eternity to hear that "beep" what singnals a monitor to turn on and when it booted my CPU was 2.50 again ... so I overclocled it again same procedure as first time and it did the same thing, restarted and waited a long time for monitor to turn on and again CPU was 2.50 Ghz...

What could this be ??? ----> HELP NEEDED PLZ

My system spec:
PSU Fortron BlueStorm II 500W
CPU Intel Dual Core @ 2.50 Ghz
GPU Gygabyte Radeon HD 4870 1GB GDDR5
RAM Kingmax 2x2GB 800 Mhz
Motherboard Gygabyte EP43-DS3

Personally I'd try a stronger PSU as that on is a little on the weak side with that videocard without overclocking on top.

It's not the PSU it's the GPU because my friend has the same GPU as me and I put it in my comp and it worked normally and when I put in mine I have the same problem ... but no stress I have a 2 year warranty on mu card so I'll just go and get a new one :)

Thanks for help
