Arrow Advice?

I have 2 boards at the moment, 1 is a N680SLI-DQ6 and the other which i had to buy for a cheap replacement for a week is the EP45-UD3R. Now i know the 680 is a nice gaming board... but im not sure if it is still going to better than the new EP45 is got?

I am running a 4gb ddr2 6400 OCZ sli ram with a nvidia gtx 260 on a
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400.

Im just wondering if the P45
chipset is better since it is newer or should I stick with the 680?

Let me know?
