Default Need help choosing mainboard...

Whats a good close to or under$100 USD mainboard to marry up to each of these cpu's for good overclocking potential? I will be trying Win Vista ultimate 64bit edition as the OS since I have a copy laying around. The board does not have to be SLI or crossfire compatible.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ Brisbane 2.6GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 65W Dual-Core Black Edition Processor ----$94.99 USD

Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz 4M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor ---- $189.99 USD

I've been using the ASUS M3A, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16813131234R, since December for AMD builds (ASUS M2N-SLi before then) plus its Phenom ready, if they ever get them sorted out.
