RAM recommendations for Gigabyte GA-EP45T-UD3LR

hi all

have purchased this board and am clueless as to what ram to stick in it.

am looking at getting 4gb ddr3, anything 1333 or 1600mhz.

i originally intended to get some Gskill ripjaws ( F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL) but do not know whether that will run on this board (as it is intel p45).

tbh id enjoy some Ram with big arse heat spreaders but it seems that alot of what i like will simply not work with this board.

any help/suggestions is much appreciated.
