Default TCPA/DRM in motherboards?

Can someone point me to a site that shows which motherboards have TCPA?

I hope there are some I can get now before TCPA closes in and crushes consumer freedom for good. It'll be my last upgrade EVER.

AFAIK, no existing or upcoming motherboards have any seriously debilitating forms of TCPA yet. That said, if it lives up to it's infamy it won't matter which motherboards do or don't have it, because the one's that don't will be crippled and the ones that do... will be seriously crippled. I haven't looked into it's current implementation very much, but I'm really not worried about it. The fully-fledged incarnation would be something along the lines of digital facism, and somehow I don't think it'll get that far.

Thanks.. that's very refreshing to know. I don't want some TCM/TCPA crap surfacing out of my computer's BIOS on me by surprise. I heard Phoenix bioses have that junk in it as well as some IBM thinkpads. I'm certainly not buying that!
