Default UD3R, E8400, 1066 BIOS Settings: in over my head!

I would like to know what I should set everything to in the BIOS for my system. I got in over my head and I just want this to work at stock speed for all of my components. No overclocking of anything. I can't seem to find this information anywhere! Please help. Here is what I am working with:
E8400 3.0Ghz
Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R Motherboard
OCZ Platinum 1066 DDR2 (1x2gig for now as 2nd stick was defective)
XFX Geforce 9800GTX+ (Any suggestions for most stable driver version would be really appreciated)
OCZ 600w GameXStream PSU

I am really overwhelmed by all of this but I want to learn so I'd prefer not to pay someone to fix it.

I get BSODs randomly it seems. They flashed too fast to read but I changed that setting so I will be able to read the next one. Please help!

Did you try loading optimized defaults?
