what is the order of usb pins? (Vcc,data+,data-,ground)
and which one is pin1?

That all depends on ya mobo but most are listed in the manual. ;)

this is tyan s2390
but it only shows the pin1 location but the use of a triangle thing.
manual doesnt specify the order.

Yeah usually but in this case the order could be anything as I know of no standard for these and most mobo makers go their own way with the pinout (but at least most will tell ya in their manuals). :(
