Default Voltage wont change on Asus M2N-sli delux

hello everyone, not going to lie, new to messing with the bios setting, but in attempts to slightly OC my computer i ran into stability issues and needed to increase the voltage. So, I go into Bios, up the voltage from 1.25 to 1.35. everything restarts fine, go to check stability with OCCT and CPUz, both show voltage changes not taking effect. I rechecked BIOS and it still says volts at 1.35 any ideas what i need to do to make this take effect? any help would be greatly appreciated
