Default Look at this OCZ PSU deal - Looks GREAT!

I saw this PSU while looking for my new build for a client. I can't believe it's so cheap. At the time of this post it's 34.99 after rebate. I will just pay 59.99 (I normally don'r mess with rebates) but it sure looks good to me. The best I could find at the price. What do you think. Check this out if you're looking for one. Let me know if you know anything bad about it.
