Default New build - Any issues?

Im planning on building a new computer system. Plan on using Windows 7 Pro and some gaming. Im not a novice at new builds but will be a novice with overclocking. So, is there any issues with the parts that I have researched?

One other thing Im toying with. Im thinking about a SSD as my main drive for apps, etc and another HD with plenty of space for saved files (My Pics, videos,etc.). An concerns/issues with this thought process?
