rayt47 Need help with ram & vista

Hi
Need help with my build for the following items.
1/ Vista 32 or 64
2/ Memory
I already have the following items already

CPU - i7 975
Motherboard - Asus Rampage 2 Extreme
power supply - Corsair HX 1000 W
Graphic card - 2 x Sapphire HD 4890 Toxic Vapor-X
Case - Cooler Master 830 Stacker
HDD 1 - Western 300 GB Raptor
HDD 2 - Samsung F1 750 GB
Burners - 2 x pioneer 217
Cooler cpu - Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme-1366
Operating system - Vista 32 & 64
