Selling cars on eBAY

Has anyone ever sold a car or knows someone that has sold a car on eBAY? I was thinking about doing it, but i wanted to get some feedback first.

Depends on how close you are to any major cities. I doubt anyone will be willing to travel more than 100k's to look at a car.

you might be better off advertising it in a local newspaper or other local means.

Of course, if you live in a New-york style metro area, you might get some good hits.

Try putting yourself in the shoes of a new/used car buyer. Would YOU be willing to invest the time and effort into inspecting cars for sale on ebay?
