Well, I think the board could fit HTPC needs.
It has TV-Out connector and a SPDIF connector on board.
I agree it is poor not to sold the two left memory slots.
But it seems to be a nice alternative compared to a Asus M2NPV-VM.
Has anybody infos on availability in germany?
