Does the 9.1 driver fix a couple of bugs etc?
Or isn't this driver worth downloading?

Catalyst 9.1 adds OpenGL 3.0 support, that's the point of the release.

I'd expect bugfix and performance focused releases to follow on a more regular schedule.
