Hi Cameron!
I've read all your articles about 9800 GX2 and then decided to buy it, I payed about $750 (with delivery to Kazakhstan :) for EVGA 9800 GX2 SSC edition but... it refuses to work properly (as I think). Crisis is not running well, even with low settings and maximum antialasing is showing only 8AA instead of 16AA. My previous EVGA 8800 Ultra used to work great on Very High settings, 1200x1024 resolution and with 16AA.....
My sistem is the following: Intell Core 2 quad 2,4 GHZ, RAM - DDR2 - 4 GB (4 x 1GB, 1066), HDD – Seagate 500 GB (16 MB), ASUS P5K Deluxe, Cooler Master 1000W,GeForce EVGA 9800 GX2 SSC edition,OC - Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit + service pack 1, drivers for video 175.
2 IT managers in our company and another one from the service centre are trying to deal with the problem for 2 weeks, but everything is useles... Can you please give me any advice what could be the problem. Thx in advance, Sergey
