DailyTech - 5/27/2008 Daily Hardware Reviews

its known that SSD does not work well with Intel motherboards, as well as

Nvidia and intel raid does not go beyond 120MB/s (some times in the past i have had my nvidia raid going at the speed 3 disks should go at dono but does not now) every one knows that (ignoring the spikes in HD speed test)

so this test what you have done is nothing new

be nice if the test was Nvidia > intel > some raid cards thown into the mix to show that an raid card is needed to get more speed out of them, all that does adding more hdds is more constant data rate under muti reads under raid 0 with onboard raid
