Are you SURE you are logged in as THE Admin (this shouldnt matter either way you should have the options)

Right click on ''Computer -> Manage -> Local Users and Groups -> Users
-> Rightclick Administrator -> Properties -> Uncheck ''Acount is disabled

Then reboot and login as admin. If you know this then ignore me!

Yeah you should have the hidden file and hidden OS system choices in folder options.

Sounds like you need some better antivirus app, this is normally caused by a virus

you can try this >>>

Go to Start –> Run –> regedit.

The registry editor will open. Go to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer

In the right hand pane, see if there is a value called NoFolderOptions

If yes then change it’s value to 0.

1 means hide options and 0 means show options.

If it is not there, create a new DWORD Value and set it to 0

If not, read and try these three pages of fixes, but I bet the above will help you just fine >>>
