Default unable to hibernate.. irql stop 0a bsod win 7 x64

i dont think this is related to overclocking, as i've tried it on the normal 2.6ghz mode.. (i7 920 series) but..

I cant hibernate (or sleep) in win 7 x64..

I get a bluescreen irql_not_equal to etc.. stop 0x00000000A (i forget how many zeroes, but its 0A at the end)..

Anyone ran into this.?

Thanks
