Default Office 2003 re-install problem

Hi
I am trying to re-load office 2003 , but when i get to the page to input the key number it goes to the next box after only putting in 4 digits instead of the row of 5x5digits strange , I have done this before without any probs , anyone any idea , I have just re-installed xp ! .

Try hitting the backspace key prior to typing in the first set of characters? If seen a database screw up like that before so you never know. Does the second block allow you to input 5 characters?
