I have come to really like the Corsair line of power supplies. From testing I have conducted, they are rock solid and very stable with very little fluctuation along the voltage rails.

Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-850TX 850W ATX12V 2.2 / EPS12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies

This is at the top of your price range, but is also at the top of your desired power range as well. This also assumes you are purchasing from within the US since I don't think Newegg ships outside the States.

A company in TAIWAN builds soley for CORSAIR and 1 other top brand _____ I forgot the name, maybe truepower. Anyway they apear to be tops.
You wouldn't think that their is alot of reading about power supplys but their is.
I read for days and choose the corsair 750. bought it at newegg paid 110~120 with a rebate
it is not modular but you will use all but maybe 1 cable

Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Power Supplies

I bougth this one

Corsair hands down. I just replaced an HX620 with an HX850. Can't say enough good about them.

I have a Corsair 750HX modular. Best one I have ever had by far.
