Default I need help really bad

So I got my HD 3850 512mb with IceQ and I was OCing with ATi Overdrive... after I did a overclock it froze up. So I shut my comp off... now when I turn it on it, it boots to windows and I can see my desktop for a few seconds and then it locks up again... what shoud I do I really need help. Thank you if you reply. Im really scared right now I hope its not broke.

Try booting into safe mode to reset your clock speeds

Or try poking the "CMOS Reset Switch" to reset your BIOS to stock.
