Default Monitor problem
I was working on my compy last night and all of a sudden the display switched to the view below. I have tried every external button on the monitor but it hasn't changed. After being shut down for over eight hours it still displays the same.
It is a 9 year old 21" trinitron and I love it! Is it worth getting fixed? Any idea what might be wrong?

It's probably not worth getting fixed. 9 yrs old? (Slap you on the head) Get a new LCD 17 or 19 inch for 139-200 bucks!

I would try hitting it and putting a magnet to it to kill it.

Or if you really love your monitor, i am pretty sure you can find a decent on one craigslist for 20-100 bucks.
