Panda is quite possibly the single worst program to get uninstalled without a complete system wipe and format. Good luck with it, my advice is to back up your data and wipe it clean.

I've been using Panda for 3 years. I've told lots of people how good I thought it was. I had been a loyal customer. But last month my computer got into serious strife, infected by Vundo virus. Panda just couldn't cope. So I emailed Panda's TechSupport. I had no reply after two days - and a few more emails - so I rang them. I'm in Australia - Panda is in Bilbao, Spain. The person I spoke with was only customer relations, but she offered to forward my email to TechSupport. Over the next few days I made more phone calls to Spain - all of them a total waste of time. Sometimes there was no English speaker available. Six days later TechSupport replied. By then I had discovered MalwareBytes AntiMalware and partially fixed the problem myself. Then I ditched Panda - I was severely pissed off by them - and now run Kaspersky. Bottom line is, if Panda can't service Australia, then it shouldn't sell its product here.

Yes, I agree with You, Really backup program is primitive, and it is really difficult to use, but I found another anti-spyware Search And Destroy - Top Anti-Spyware Software 2008 it is really easy to utilize.
Good Luck! |
