Default Vmware question using vista 64bit?

I use vista 64bit and have had it for almost a year and a half. I have vmware workstation 6.5 and have windows 7 in it now. I had it a month ago and had been working with it with no problems at all. Then my brain fried and I deleted the virtual w7 file and had to reinstall. The problem is now I can't seem to get and internet connection. What can I do in vmware to get one? Or do I need to do something in vista? Thanks. __________________

Default Re: Vmware question using vista 64bit?

I am really struggling on getting vmware to connect to the internet. I had it going when I first got it and had no problems for over a month. I then had to do some things and bam, it does not connect to the internet. I think I may have made some changes in it that I can't seem to correct. Does anyone on here know anything about vmware? What about the virtual network editor which is what I think is the problem, I think. HELP!!!!

Go to Edit Virtual Machine settings, and then in Network adapter set to NAT
