I've got an Ultra 120 and a IFX-14 due this week, I couldn't decide which one to buy so I got both to try out, along with some Scythe Slip Stream 1900rpm fans.

I doubt it'll give me the ~600 3DMarks I need to match you though, which driver version was that with?

In RivaTuner I made my fan speed lines, light blue for low rpm, black for the mid rpm (you can't see them) and red for the top rpm.

EDIT:

In your screen dump you're showing a 6°C temp descrepency between cores at idle, have you considered lapping the Ultra120E base to get better contact with the IHS? (and/or lapping the IHS?)

The IHS on my quad was nowhere near close to flat, I lowered my temps by 8-10°C by lapping both my cpu and cooler.
