You need the hotfix, try searching for direcpll-153.zip on google. Copy the DLL from the zip file into the folder where AquaMark is installed.
Finally found a download for the DLL (sorry I've already lost the link) and have benchmarked my new machine:
Intel Core Duo E6600 (2.4Ghz - 4Mb L2 Cache)
2GB DDR2-800 CL4-4-4-12 RAM
MSI 965 NEO MOBO
74GB WD-Raptor (16MB Cache)
ATI Radeon X1800XT 256MB
