Thumbs up WOOT all time high benchmark for me

I just upgraded my terrible system (imo) from a 2.8 P4 HT, nvidia 6800gs, 3gb pc3200 memory to my new system which is in my sig. My 3dMark06 score went from 5000 to 8408 I'm lovin it. For what my new system has in it is this score on par?

nice jump, your cpu is holding you back though.

You should be getting more than that with SLi GTX's, I get 13,218 with a single 8800GTS 640MB, what driver are you using?

Yah my cpu can't even keep up at all. When i overclock my cpu my fps get higher in #dmark06 and games. I am waiting to upgrade to the Phenom on Penryn Or q6600. I am using 169.09 something like all i know is that nvidia just released them. I ususally get 5500 for my video score sm2.0 and 3.0 is 5800 range. cpu gets 2124

Wow I never quite appreciated how much your cpu is holding you back, that's a bummer.

Add the difference between our cpu scores to your score and you're up around 14K
