RAM showing up as 266 instead of 400

Hi,
I've just upgraded CPU in my motherboard, from single core to dual core, and upgraded my bios. All is well and it boots to windows well and displays both cores.

One thing I have noticed is my 4 x 512mb ddr400 ram is now showing on the post screen when booting that it's 2gb ddr266. now it's ddr400. Do you know what I have to do to correct this?

Can you please tell us more about you memory, like a link or the model #?
