Default Safe Northbridge Temps

Hi. I have a Biostar TA780G M2+ and am just wondering what the safe northbridge temperatures are for the 780G chipset? Thanks for any info!

How hot is it? I would say much above 50C is getting pretty hot. The general consensus on how to tell is to run Memtest86+ for a while or orthos blend and then see if you can touch the heatsink for more then 10 seconds with your finger. If not then it is way too hot
